Hello,
Last month we stayed at Konak saray hotel from the 7th till the 10th of
August 2011. We booked 2 rooms on the booking.com, booking # 605866319,
Guest names: Maroon Hoshaymeh & Joseph Keserwani.
We payed 1 room by MasterCard & 1 room by cash at check out. One day after
you withdrawed extra money for one room from the card we used for the
online booking. So in total we payed 3 rooms instead of 2. We called the
hotel many times, we talked to Mr. Toguy, he approved that there is a
problem & he told us to send by e-mail our account number to send the money
back, and which we did on 18-08-2011. But till now we didn't have our money
back.

To Whom It May Concern:
I am attending a conference at Dokuz Eylul University,School of Medicine
in Balcova, Izmir.
I would like to ask how far is Balcova to Izmir City Centre and how far is
your nice hotel to the conference venue?
What is the fastest and most economical way to go there? Is there a good
bus or metro service from the hotel to the university?
